Hello Friends
Hope you are all doing well. I want to share my finishes for the first quarter of the 2019 Finish-a-long.
Here is the list I made for my finishes. And this is how I did:
-Finish a quilt a month. So I should have 3 quilts completed. How did I do?
I did it!! I made 3 quilts using my late father's flannel shirts. These will go to my sister, brother and Aunt. But that is not all, I have another quilt finished!
This is the Milky Way pattern and was made for the 40th Anniversary of the company I work for. The owner loved it!
I also got a quilt back from the long-armer but it needs binding. Will add that to the list for next quarter. I also finished 6 smaller quilts for Project Quilting.
-Word of the year quilt. I did that too! And here it is!
- 12 blocks from the Vintage Christmas book. I could not have possibly done those too! Oh, but I did!
I have over 20 of the 42 done. :)
-Lastly, did I organize my sewing space. I have been working on that slowly and hope to have pictures to share next quarter.
I also worked on a new hand sewing project. I am going to England in May and wanted something to work on while on the plane. I am making a Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt. Here is what I have so far:
Also, I don't have a picture of it completed but I did put together my Missing U quilt top!
I am exhausted! I did not realize I did so much! What a great quarter! I am hoping this continues on to the next. However, like I said, I am going to England for 8 days in May. The whole month of May is going to be busy with my birthday, Mother's day, Sam's graduation and our trip. I am hoping to keep the momentum up!
Thanks for stopping by!
Linking up with the FAL

Edit: Note to self-read the rules of the FAL before making one big blog post about it. D'Oh! :)
I was able to enter twice but I should have entered every picture individually. That is going to make me have to blog more. :) Lesson learned for next quarter!
